After what seemed like a long wait The Coral Reef Aquarium Book written by Tony Vargas is starting to ship.  I remember talking with Tony at MACNA and getting a quick look at the book and being impressed at what I saw.  Take a look at a coupld of preview shots of the book:

Based on what I saw I'm looking forward to picking up a copy as soon as they arrive.  Back when the book was in the pre-order stage you could order the book and get it signed by Tony.  Since that time the only way to get to get a signed copy is to catch up with Tony during only of his many trips and ask him to sign your book.  Not exactly an easy tank.  But I might have some good news for the people who want the book and who would like to meet Tony.  There is a rumor that Tony will be in town visiting one of our lfs very soon!  Right now since its only a rumor I don't want to say any more... but stay tuned!
