Can you tell if this is Ich?

I noticed some white spots on my white tail triggerfish Wednesday. I have a fish only system and I run my salinity pretty low. It is at 1.016 right now. I thought that the low salinity would help prevent parasites like this which makes me hope it might not be ich. He is eating well and everyone else in the tank is eating well also and I don't see anyone rubbing against rocks or anything like that. I don't think this is substrate so I am not sure what it might be. Sorry about the pictures but I could not get him to hold still.

Thanks for your help,
Brad

With just seeing those pictures, I would probably say that is ich unfortunately. Hopefully you don't have any inverts and can just treat the tank as a hole. Although I'm pretty sure you at one point had a shark and can't remember if you got another one so DONT use copper if you do.
