Pods for the tank

Cool, thats more in line with my experience.

So I thought I'd try these guys again, and ordered some pods. They also advertised some cheap ceriths on their site. I ordered Friday for overnight shipping, expecting it today. Monday I received a shipping notice from PayPal, and an immediate cancellation of the shipping, which was good because the label showed priority instead of overnight service. I just assumed they realized their mistake.

I sent them an email anyway, just asking whether they shipped it overnight as I paid for, and received no response. I emailed again today to their other email address because I never received the package.... Nothing. If I don't even get a communication from them I will be disputing the charge. I don't have patience for a business that won't advertise a phone number because they do all their customer service via email, but then has shoddy email support. I prefer email, but you best be sure to respond quickly, especially to somebody who already placed an order.

This site is now on my retail blacklist.

That sucks, I placed an order Monday with free standard shipping Monday. It got sent Tuesday as expected and out for delivery USPS today via priority 2 day USPS. I have never tried to reach them, so I can't say anything about how that works.

That makes things even more disappointing since I ordered Friday. Seems hit and miss with them I guess.

I have millions of pods in my tank, all over the glass. One way to transfer them might be to take chaetos from me and see if that helps seed your tanks. I throw out 2-3 gallons full of chaetos every 2-3 weeks.

Thank you for the kind offer Danish, I really appreciate it. I finally got through to them today after filing a paypal dispute. I was subsequently lied to multiple times regarding when the package was sent, how they replied to my emails, and that it was all USPS fault. Then tonight I get an email that says oh no, they really sent them out this morning and my messages were going to their spam folder so they never saw them.

I don't know about anybody else, but my biggest irritation with ANY business is being lied to. I don't care how good a product they have, or if somebody was just having a bad day, but it's one-and-done when I am lied to.

Anyway, if they are lying again and I don't get anything tomorrow, I'll take you up on that offer ๐Ÿ™‚
